Accepted International Students
Once all the required documents are received by the Admissions Office, the applicant will be evaluated for admission and scholarship packages. Admissions must receive all application materials including TOEFL or IELTS scores for nonnative English speakers. These materials must be received by August 1 for the Fall semester and December 1 for the Spring Semester. Any documents received after these date may prevent enrollment for the particular semester. Please also consider that as an international student, you must also allow time for visa document issuance, which varies from country to country.
If the applicant meets all the necessary requirements — an official letter of acceptance will be mailed to the applicant.
International students entering the United States for the purpose of study must secure a student visa from a U.S. Embassy or Consulate. The letter of acceptance and a Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility, must be presented to the United States Consulate or Embassy with passport along with all other required materials in order to obtain an F-1 student visa, which will allow the student to enter the United States. The student must apply to the university for the Form I-20. More Info.
Registration for classes will be done in conjunction with the Deans of each college upon arrival to the University.
