Lecturer, History and Literature of Theatre
Katie is a graduate of Niagara University with a BFA in Theatre and a BA in English. She earned her MFA in Dramaturgy from the Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University. Katie has taught at Niagara University, with Shakespeare in the Park and as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. As a dramaturg, she was part of the world premiere of Christine Evans’ Trojan Barbie at the American Repertory Theatre; adapted Zoya’s Apartment for performance in Cambridge and Moscow; and worked locally on He Who Gets Slapped and Uncle Vanya for Torn Space Theater. Katie also works with Torn Space Theater as a Development Assistant, and will be dramaturg for Road Less Traveled in the upcoming season.
