Wilton Course 2: Flowers and Cake Design

Design a professional looking cake. Learn how to select colors, arrange flowers and work with royal icing, which is ideal icing for creating decorations in advance. Discover how to pipe royal icing appliques and additional decorative borders for your cake. Plus, learn how to make amazing flowers, such as pansies, lillies and The Wilton Rose. Does not include class materials. Class materials may be purchased from regional craft chains.
