This course teaches basic yoga postures that are accessible to all ability levels. In addition, you will learn diaphragmatic breathing and systematic relaxation techniques to reduce tension and calm the nervous system. Beginners and those with an established practice are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Blocks, straps and blankets will be provided.
