Bio

Cristen is a soprano and has been a member of the faculty since 2000.  Her career has taken her all over the world in leading operatic roles, oratorio, pops concerts, orchestral concerts, and recitals. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Voice Performance from the University of Toronto, Canada, and an MBA from Medaille College, Buffalo, N.Y..  She can be heard on the sound track for the PBS Special about the War of 1812, entitled: A Glorious Battle, the Siege of Fort Erie, as well as the international film, Bushido.   She is the featured soloist on the CD: The Works of Roland E. Martin.  She is a member of Voci d’Amore (Soprano, Cello, Keyboard), and the Parkside Camerata (Soprano, Cello, Oboe, and Keyboard).  She has singing engagements booked into the 2017-2018 season.
