Dr. Karper has been a member of the English Department since 2004 and acts as the coordinator of the Writing Studies minor. She teaches Thinking and Writing, Business Communication, Visual Rhetoric, Special Topics in Web Writing, and other writing courses.

professional and technical writing, computers and writing, visual rhetoric, writing for the Web, and technological literacy development in "digital natives"
