Hospitality and Tourism Association (HTA)
The mission of the Hospitality & Tourism Association is to provide its members with educational activities, social activities and professional development opportunities.
HTA is open to all College of Hospitality and Tourism Management students and is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow classmates and get to know one another through social outings and educational opportunities. Each semester, HTA plans several different events, from sporting events to facility tours, guest speakers and overnight trips. They strive to explore as many different aspects of the hospitality industry as possible and plan outings that appeal to all majors within the college.
HTA also subsidizes a student membership to the New York State Hospitality and Tourism Association, which allows students access to networking events, conferences, job banks and experts on industry trends.
