Instructional Support provides resources and assistance to faculty and administration in the design and implementation of student learning outcomes assessment, promotes active learning and the scholarship of teaching and learning, encourages the appropriate integration of instructional technology in the classroom, and works toward the overall goals of faculty development and improving the quality of teaching at Niagara University.
Faculty development is a growing field and a common service at colleges and universities worldwide. Centers for Instructional Support, Faculty Development, and Centers for Teaching and Learning work to support faculty and enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning.
