Facility Service Requests
The general purpose of the facility services department is to ensure the buildings, grounds and equipment of the university are maintained in accordance with standard building and life safety codes. This is to ensure that a proper environment exists to enhance the educational mission of the university and to create an atmosphere conducive to the teaching, learning, working and living experience on campus within our resources.

Routine Maintenance Requests
A myNU account is required to access the Internet Service Desk. Use of iServiceDesk will ensure that valid work requests are routed to the appropriate shop. Email notifications are sent indicating the status of Work requests such as Accepted, Rejected, and Completed.
Work Order Priorities determine response times.
Chargeable and Non-Chargeable Services
Facility Services provides both chargeable (C) and non-chargeable (NC) services to the Niagara University Community.
