Biography
Mr. Ronald Winkley retired as Lewiston Police Chief in June 2007 after 26 years on the force. He is proud to join the Faculty of Niagara as a Professional in Residence. He is excited to work with undergraduate criminal justice majors and minors, as well as graduate criminal justice students. As Director of the Graduate Program, he intends to broaden the program by bringing in new and increasing the role of criminal justice professionals in the Graduate program who will offer graduate students the knowledge, information and opportunities necessary to prepare them for a professional position in the Criminal Justice System.
