Dr. Bingyang Fang joined the faculty in the fall of 2024 after earning her Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Marketing from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, reading, watching movies, and taking road trips.

Current Research

Dr. Fang’s current research mainly focuses on sales promotion and retailing on digital platforms, and how they are affected by different factors such as social influence, natural disasters, and culture. Additionally, she is interested in the implementation and effects of virtual avatars in marketing.
