What is the Eagle Experience Scholarship?

This straightforward scholarship opportunity is a boon for students coming to Niagara University for the first time. As an incoming freshman or transfer student, all you have to do is learn more about The Power of Niagara.

To qualify, see what Niagara is like by attending an in-person or virtual undergraduate event conducted by an admissions counselor. Next, depending on your intended entering term, apply to Niagara by the deadlines below to receive the Eagle Experience Scholarship.

That’s all you need to do to receive $1,250 each of your years at Niagara, up to $5,000.

Application Deadlines

  • Incoming Fall 2025 Freshman — Oct. 31, 2024
  • Incoming Fall 2024 Transfers — July 15, 2024
  • Incoming Spring 2025 Transfers — Nov. 15, 2024

Eagle Experience Eligibility Restrictions

You must be a first-time incoming 2024 or 2025 student and complete all the listed requirements of the Eagle Experience Scholarship to qualify.

This is a visit scholarship applied to your financial package for each year that you attend Niagara University. If you are receiving a full-tuition benefit from any program, you will not be eligible for this scholarship. The combination of a student’s merit with additional scholarships cannot exceed 75% of tuition and fees so some offers may be reduced or canceled. This award goes toward tuition costs and does not cover the direct cost of study abroad or other off-campus programs.

  • Readmits
