The Kiernan Recreation Center offers a number of fitness and wellness options and programs, available to all NU students and membership holders. The facility includes a cardio fitness center, weight room with all new equipment including free weights, selectorized machines, multi-use racks and a turf strip with weight sleds. We encourage everyone to stop by and check out all of the fitness equipment that we have to offer.
In addition to the fitness center and weight room, you will find two dance / group exercise studios and a spin studio outfitted with brand new Keiser M3i bikes. We offer a robust group exercise program with a wide variety of classes including spin, yoga, HIIT, Zumba and many more.
